Timing & Therapy.

You can’t force someone into therapy. The moment you push, they resist.
We don’t always know where a person is in their journey. Some are focused on goals; building a career, chasing success, raising a family and don’t see their inner world as something that needs attention.
Some truly don’t feel the need. And some only “wake up” when life shakes them ; through burnout, relationship breakdowns, or health scares.
But do we really have to wait for the breakdown? How many unhappy moments does it take? How much guilt over small things? How many mornings of dreading work? How many conflicts in relationships? At what cost?
Growth is rarely about force. It’s about readiness. And readiness often begins with awareness — that quiet moment where you admit: “Something doesn’t feel right anymore.”
Therapy (or inner work) isn’t only for crisis. It’s for prevention. It’s for expansion. It’s for people who are ready to meet themselves more honestly. Timing matters. And when someone is ready — even a little — that’s when real change begins.
