My Journey

Hi, I’m Lulu — a trauma-informed life coach specialising in somatic healing and compassionate inquiry. After earning a Bachelor’s in Forensic Science at University of Kent, I spent 12 years as a police officer. In that role I honoured my father’s legacy, striving to make him proud, while also realising deep inside that something wasn’t aligned.
Though I climbed the ranks, I found myself asking the questions I now guide others through: “Who am I? What drives me? Where do I feel truly seen?” I discovered I had a natural gift for listening deeply when people felt unheard — and that became the seed of my coaching journey.
I now support women who carry the weight of work, relationships, parenting, guilt, fear, loss or anger; men whose outward bravery belies an inner ache; and young adults longing to know and own their true selves in a shifting, unconscious world.
Using tools rooted in the work of Gabor Maté and somatic-psychoanalytic practices, I hold a space where you’re not asked to “fix” yourself — you’re invited to reconnect with what was missed, heal what was hidden, and rediscover your inherent value.
If you’re ready to be listened to, not judged — to feel safe in your body, your voice and your truth — I would be honoured to walk beside you.

Lets Take a Walk

Together, we’ll explore your patterns with compassion, understand how they formed, and release what no longer serves you.

This is not about fixing you. It’s about remembering who you already are —
your strength, your love, your innate wisdom.
